Are You Hard Enough

I believed most guys came across this question.  Here are the recommended guidelines.

Pfizer, the global pharmaceutical company that makes Viagra – a drug that treat erectile dysfunction (ED) came out with a 4 levels erection hardness scale (“EHS”) to measure and classify men penis hardness in 2007. Hardness levels of 3 and below being unsatisfactory.  Level 4 being the most ideal is defined as being completely hard and erected during intercourse.

EHS Tool- Erection Hardness Scale

The EHS tool is based on a straightforward 1 to 4 scale. Patients are merely asked to assess their level of hardness based on the following:
EHS 1 = Penis is larger but not hard - Severe ED
EHS 2 = Penis is hard, but not hard enough for penetration - Moderate ED
EHS 3 = Penis is hard enough for penetration but not completely hard - Mild ED
EHS 4 = Penis is completely hard and fully rigid - No ED

If you want to improve your EHS score you can do so by getting fit, quitting smoking, going on a diet and generally living healthier. The use of erectile dysfunction medication will also improve your EHS score but you should always be conscious of the underlying causes of your problem too.

Which category you belongs to ?

Bean curd, Peel Banana, Unpeel Banana or Cucumber ? Erection hardness is important for men as it will also define your health level. If your erection belongs to Bean Curd EHS 1  , your health doesn't seem good. If you belong to EHS 4 , it means you are relatively having good health.

The erection hardness scale or erection hardness score is a self-assessment developed so that men may determine the severity of erectile dysfunction or impotence from which they suffer.
